C SNEHA
Strategy

The tasks ahead of us are in gigantic proportions then how to go about it? When and where to do it and how much to bite are the fundamental questions. As the saying goes the ‘Thousand Miles journey starts with the first step’. To determine the first steps let us understand the problems faced by us and challenges to be addressed. Logical thinking leads us to designing the business process after understanding and defining the core problem in the broader context. Interplay of various stakeholders’ interests have to be understood and predicted. Based on this we divide these major areas in to multiple tasks in priority on time frame and importance of the issues involved.

Our nation is brimming with youth, how to get this demographic dividend to the benefit of the society. The basic problem is with outlook and mindset. Youth lost the idealism of previous generations either human resources are lost or active part of the youth is career minded or self- centered. We wish to motivate and channelize these precious human resources for the integrated development of the nation and wish C SNEHA to be the Change Agent in this direction. We welcome all the concerned on to this platform to gradually achieve our national goals.
